• Responsibilities
• + Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.

+ Follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and SOPs. + Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. + Work on an assembly line to meet daily production goals. + Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and communicate concerns to leadership. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. + Support continuous improvement initiatives and team production goals. + Complete production and quality documentation accurately.

• Qualifications
• + Minimum
• 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, production, automotive, construction, or mechanical experience
• . + Experience using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods. + Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Preferred Experience
• + Mechanical assembly + Manufacturing or production environments + Blueprint or schematic reading + Quality inspection + Lean manufacturing or 5S practices

• Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Swing Shift
• Monday-Thursday | 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.

00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
