This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, production, automotive, construction, or mechanical experience who are looking to build a long-term career. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools. Follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and SOPs. Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Work on an assembly line to meet daily production goals. Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and communicate concerns to leadership. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support continuous improvement initiatives and team production goals. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, production, automotive, construction, or mechanical experience . Experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
