Mechanical Assembler Location:
Mesa, AZ (near Mesa Gateway Airport)
Pay:
$20-23/hr
Schedule:
Monday
  • Thursday 5:30am
  • 4pm OR Monday
  • Friday 6am
  • 2:30pm Job Description We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team.
You will execute complex assembly tasks involving advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. This role requires you to read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure the correct assembly of components. You will also perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues in assembly processes and product functionality. Responsibilities Execute complex assembly tasks, including advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications. Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues in assembly processes. Coach and train lower-level assemblers on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards. Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory compliance standards. Continuously review and recommend improvements to assembly processes. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues. Perform final quality inspections and testing to meet company standards. Maintain inventory of parts and materials for assembly. Assist with setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi-automated equipment. Follow lean manufacturing guidelines, providing continuous improvement suggestions. Work Environment You will work Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm, with occasional weekend shifts. The work environment requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and climb a portable ladder. Personal Protection Equipment will be required, and good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are necessary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
  • $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
