Ave & Pinnacle Peak Pay:
$17.00-$25.00/hour, depending on experience

Monday-Friday | 8-Hour Day Shift Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Brazer / Mechanical Assembler to perform brazing and mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies according to customer specifications, engineering drawings, and production requirements. This position requires hands-on brazing experience along with the ability to work with assembly tools, fixtures, blueprints, and inspection equipment. Job Responsibilities Perform brazing of components and assemblies according to work instructions and customer specifications Prepare parts and materials for brazing, including cleaning, positioning, and fitting components Assemble mechanical and sheet metal components using hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment Inspect brazed joints and completed assemblies for quality, workmanship, and proper fit Read and follow blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work instructions Identify defects or inconsistencies and communicate quality concerns Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and required PPE guidelines Assist with additional assembly and production duties as needed Qualifications Previous brazing experience required Induction brazing experience preferred Minimum of 1 year of mechanical or manufacturing assembly experience Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, schematics, and work instructions Experience using hand tools, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment Strong attention to detail and visual quality inspection skills Ability to work independently and as part of a production team Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience preferred Soldering experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Physical Requirements Ability to perform detailed visual inspections with corrected vision of 20/20 Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Must be able to wear required PPE Must be available to work overtime as needed com156 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
