We are seeking dedicated Medical Device Assemblers to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Irvine. This role is critical in producing life-saving medical catheters . You will work in a controlled cleanroom environment , utilizing high-tech tools and microscopes to ensure every product meets the highest safety standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

Precision Assembly:

Build, test, and inspect high-quality medical catheters according to strict specifications.

Cleanroom Operations:

Work daily in a regulated cleanroom manufacturing environment , following all gowning and safety protocols.

Advanced Tooling:

Use microscopes and precision hand tools to handle and manipulate small, intricate components.

Quality Assurance:

Follow detailed, regulated procedures and safety guidelines to ensure zero-defect production.

Physical Dexterity:

Perform repetitive assembly tasks that require manual dexterity, such as pinching, pulling, and twisting.

Process Compliance:

Strictly follow written and verbal instructions to maintain consistency across all production batches.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely within a manufacturing cell to meet daily production targets and quality benchmarks.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

Previous background in manufacturing, production, or assembly is required.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable working with small components and using a microscope for extended periods. Attention to

Detail:

High level of focus to ensure the integrity of life-saving medical devices.

Communication:

Strong teamwork and the ability to follow complex written/verbal instructions in English.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks.

Environment:

Prior experience in a cleanroom is a major plus, but not required (we will train!).
