Summary "Fabricator" position available at our manufacturing facility in the US. Guaranteed $18/hr with opportunity for bonuses based on per tools built each pay period. This role is vital in supporting our company's mission of fostering creativity through quality manufacturing. Responsibilities Operate small power tools safely and efficiently to assist in material handling and fabrication processes. Assemble components using hand tools and mechanical knowledge to ensure product quality. Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the manufacturing facility. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues promptly. Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Ability to operatesmall power tools (drill press, soldering iron, band saw, etc.) and hand tools safely. Mechanical knowledge relevant to assembly and fabrication processes. Strong organizational skills with warehouse experience preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills.
