Job description: Mechanical Assembler Onsite -
Morgan Hill, CA Schedule:
Day Shift (7AM-3:30PM) Full-Time |
Non-Exempt Salary Range:

Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler, where you will play a key role in building high-quality assemblies that support life science and healthcare innovation. In this role, you will assemble mechanical components with accuracy and consistency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production and quality goals. You will also gain exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and advanced manufacturing processes. Build mechanical assemblies with strict adherence to established processes and vPoke® principles Ensure components are properly handled, inspected, and installed with precision Cross-train to support multiple functions across the mechanical production floor and other departments Partner with production supervisors and team members to meet output and quality targets Follow all safety, quality, and company compliance standards Support process improvement initiatives and team-based projects Maintain accurate work practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What You Bring Basic mechanical assembly skills; prior experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Positive attitude and strong teamwork mindset Flexibility to work extended hours based on business needs Your Background High school diploma or equivalent experience Experience in mechanical assembly or use of basic hand tools Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Familiarity with workplace safety standards Nice to Have High school diploma or equivalent experience Experience in mechanical assembly or use of basic hand tools Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Familiarity with workplace safety standards Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift What We Offer Medical, Dental, and Vision effective on your first day 16 company-paid holidays 401(k) employer match on first 6% contributions (no vesting period) Company-paid Life Insurance
