Job Description
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in recruiting for a Mechanical Assembler in Miramar, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive starting pay ranging from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. For instant consideration, apply today!

Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components into finished products by following work instructions, engineering documentation, assembly drawings, wire lists, wiring diagrams, and specifications
- Utilize specialized tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment, and hand tools to complete assemblies accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operation sheets, and visual work instructions
- Verify materials, quantities, and component placement throughout the assembly process
- Identify and report non-conforming materials using established red tag procedures
- Operate a variety of hand-held tools, including crimpers, torque drivers, wire strippers, and drill guns
- Maintain quality and safety standards while meeting production goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of electromechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documentation
- Experience working with small hand tools and assembly equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
