09/22/2026 Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join the manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling and inspecting electronic and electro-mechanical components while following detailed production instructions and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electro-mechanical and electronic components using a variety of hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment. Interpret and follow engineering drawings, assembly instructions, and other technical documentation. Build and route wire harnesses and related wiring assemblies. Perform soldering of wires, terminals, connectors, and electronic components as required Conduct visual and functional quality inspections throughout the assembly process. Test completed assemblies to verify proper operation and conformance to specifications. Identify assembly issues and perform basic rework or adjustments when needed. Maintain accurate and consistent workmanship while meeting established production requirements. Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in electro-mechanical, electronic, or manufacturing assembly preferred. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions. Comfortable working with hand tools and small components. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to troubleshoot basic assembly issues and perform rework when required. Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly experience who enjoys working with electronic and mechanical components in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.
