We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as Mattress Assemblers and Machine Operators . ResponsibilitiesMattress Assemblers Assemble mattresses using hand and pneumatic tools. Install foam, fabric, springs, and other mattress components. Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met. Package and prepare finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow all company safety and production procedures. Machine Operators Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Monitor machine performance and production quality. Load materials and remove finished products. Perform basic machine adjustments and report mechanical issues. Complete production documentation as required. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operating experience is preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
