Electro-Mechanical Assembler Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $22.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:30am to 04:00pm) Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications. Perform precision soldering on electronic components, circuit boards, wires, and connectors. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions. Route and connect wiring harnesses and electronic components. Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment. Conduct quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet company and customer standards. Troubleshoot and identify assembly issues and collaborate with engineering or quality teams for resolution. Maintain accurate production and quality documentation. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience. Strong soldering experience, including fine-detail work. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electronic schematics. Experience using hand tools, measurement tools, and testing equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or GED required.
