Pay:

$20/hour We are seeking a motivated Assembler / Machine Operator to join our team in Norwich, CT. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and have experience operating machinery and performing assembly work in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines safely and efficiently in accordance with established procedures. Assemble, package, and label products as required, ensuring accuracy and adherence to production standards. Complete production recording accurately and in a timely manner. Perform required inspections and quality checks on in-process and finished products. Document inspection results and production data according to process instructions, inspection sheets, and traceability requirements. Inspect finished and in-process products for dimensional and cosmetic attributes to ensure compliance with defined specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or machine operation preferred. Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Ability to read work instructions, inspection sheets, and process documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work 3rd shift hours.
