This position is expected to last approximately 3-4 months, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high-quality standards while meeting production goals. Responsibilities include following detailed assembly instructions, ensuring accurate and efficient assembly, and contributing to a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble components, and accessories according to work orders and assembly specifications. Read and interpret work orders, assembly instructions, and basic technical drawings. Operate assembly equipment and hand tools. Perform assembly tasks such as riveting, attaching components, cleaning finished products. Ensure products meet quality standards and minimize rework or product returns. Meet production targets while maintaining accuracy and workmanship. Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly care for assigned tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly procedures. Experience using basic hand and power tools. Must have previous assembly experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a production environment and meet performance expectations. Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to pass pre employment drug and background screenings.

Pay range:

$20.00-22.00 per hour, based on experience.
