Technician - Integration Engineering -

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team in supporting safe and efficient human spaceflight initiatives. Our team leverages technical expertise and innovation to deliver high-quality results in an advanced aerospace manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Configure and set up production work areas with appropriate tooling and equipment to optimize workflow and minimize transition time during high-rate manufacturing. Operate material handling and calibrated precision tools such as forklifts, cranes, torque wrenches, and micrometers while upholding strict safety and quality standards. Identify and execute continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing safety, efficiency, and productivity across production processes. Prepare and test payload systems and hardware by applying thermal protection systems, conducting repairs, assisting with vehicle assembly, and maintaining clean work areas according to 5S principles.
Required:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, aircraft heavy depot-level maintenance, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency using precision calibration tools including torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser trackers, and optical measuring instruments. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably at heights or in confined spaces.
