Sales Lead Generator

Ellington Air Conditioning and Heat, is currently looking for Sales Lead Generators to generate HVAC leads at Home Depot. We are looking for part-time lead generators who can go between Titusville and Merritt Island Home Depot.

Required Credentials:

A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills. Ability to walk the floor during working house to increase customer interaction Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting. Some sales experience. Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Ellington Air Conditioning and Heat has a robust training program and will teach the right candidates how to be successful. Due to our expansive growth, we are looking to hire qualified individuals immediately. We offer hourly pay PLUS an excellent commission / bonus package. Starting pay is $15 - $17 per hour + commission, and annual yearly compensation is based on performance.
