Location:
Anoka, MN. Job Summary We are seeking motivated and reliable Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble a variety of machine models according to established procedures while maintaining quality and safety standards. This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Complete assembly of various machine models following established work instructions and procedures. Move machines and components throughout the production area as needed. Inspect completed machines to ensure quality standards are met. Complete required production documentation and paperwork accurately. Operate manual and electric pallet jacks safely. Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools to perform assembly tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Minimum 6 months of previous work experience . Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift. Ability to frequently bend, twist, turn, and perform repetitive movements. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools. Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Good attendance record and stable work history. Preferred Qualifications 6+ months of assembly, manufacturing, or production experience. Experience operating small air, hand, and electric tools. Strong memorization skills and ability to learn multiple assembly processes. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
