Physical Capabilities Regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks using hands and arms. Strong visual acuity, including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision. Comfortable working in a manufacturing and production environment. Job Duties Assemble hydraulic lifts, ramps, and electro-mechanical products throughout various stages of production, including final assembly. Install and test moving components such as shafts, bearings, levers, and related mechanical parts. Inspect components and completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions. Test, adjust, and troubleshoot products to ensure proper performance and functionality. Support engineering and production teams with testing, data collection, and product improvements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety standards.
