We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. This position involves assembling small electro-mechanical components and products using basic hand tools and following detailed verbal and written work instructions. Job Duties Assemble small electro-mechanical components and products according to established procedures. Use basic hand tools such as pliers, wire strippers, and other simple assembly tools. Follow written work instructions, diagrams, procedures, and verbal directions. Strip, connect, bend, cut, or otherwise work with wires and small components as required. Assemble tubing, fittings, wires, and other components into finished assemblies. Properly identify and install the correct component in the correct location. Perform repetitive assembly operations while maintaining accuracy and productivity. Inspect completed work for defects, incorrect assembly, missing components, or other quality issues. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience Requirements Experience assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured products using hand and power tools. Ability to read blueprints, assembly drawings, work instructions, or technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail. Ability to accurately use measuring devices and maintain quality standards. Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and productivity. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, or mechanical assembly is preferred. Technical training, vocational education, or manufacturing coursework is beneficial. Experience working with pneumatic tools, torque tools, fixtures, or assembly equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality inspection procedures, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate strong craftsmanship, dependability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Electro-Mechanical Assembler. Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience. Previous experience using basic hand tools. Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience. Experience working with wires, tubing, small components, or similar products. Experience in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 25 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements. Ability to use basic hand tools. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach when necessary. Ability to move around the production area as required. Ability to lift up to approximately pounds. Ability to maintain concentration while performing repetitive tasks. Ability to work in areas that may become warm during certain seasons.
