Job Description
Machine Operator Perform loading and operation of Key Equipment in a fast-paced PCB electronics and mechanical manufacturing environment, while meeting defined production standards, schedules and quality requirements. This may include performing minor process adjustments and working with various tools and equipment used to prepare components or complete products to industry and engineering specifications and standards. Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing preferred
- Communication Skills (Basic) English, both verbal and written
- Detail Oriented -Ability to pay close attention, due to repetitive actions.
- Dexterity - Ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
- Oral Comprehension -Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Practical Comprehension -Ability to apply common sense, understanding to carry out operations with basic visual, written or oral instructions.
- Problem Sensitivity -Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
- Written Comprehension -Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions or short correspondence. Responsibilities
- Read, learn, and follow applicable Quality Management System Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Read, learn, understand and interpret established instructions and quality standards, written or verbal.
- Work in other areas of manufacturing or perform other duties as requested by department Leadership / Management.
- Work with various Gages, Tools, Fixtures, Devices, etc.
Pay:
