You'll assemble equipment enclosures and mechanical components in a clean, modern manufacturing facility. We provide on-the-job training, including how to read our mechanical drawings and follow assembly procedures. You don't need previous manufacturing experience to apply. We're looking for dependable people who are comfortable using tools, willing to learn, and take pride in quality workmanship. Pay and benefits $18-$21 per hour, based on experience and skills. Schedule First shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Overtime is available and may be required during busy production periods. Work is generally scheduled on weekdays, with occasional weekend hours based on production needs. What you'll do Assemble equipment enclosures and internal mechanical components using drawings and work instructions. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Check dimensions and component placement, with accuracy to 1/32 inch when required. Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and help resolve assembly issues. Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized. Work independently and with teammates to complete assigned manufacturing tasks. What you'll bring Comfort using common hand tools and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure or ruler and take accurate measurements, including fractional-inch markings. Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Willingness to learn how to read mechanical drawings and follow assembly instructions. Dependable attendance and the ability to work well with others. A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and practical skills. Previous assembly, fabrication, construction, wiring, or other hands-on experience is helpful, but manufacturing experience is not required. Physical expectations This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position. Tasks involve standing and moving throughout the workday, bending, reaching, using tools, and lifting or moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
