The Role As a Machine Assembler, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of our standard product line. Working within a dedicated team, you will ensure that every system leaving our facility meets our rigorous quality and performance specifications.
Key Responsibilities Precision Assembly:
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment to build complex components and sub-assemblies.
Technical Interpretation:
Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings to ensure exact placement, alignment, and fastening of parts.
System Integration:
Work with pneumatic and hydraulic actuators, valves, and mechanical controls.
QualityTesting:
Conduct self-inspections and functional tests to ensure all equipment operates according to customer requirements.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with a team of 50+ experts to meet production targets and continuously improve assembly workflows.
Qualifications Mechanical Foundations:
A strong grasp of mechanical tools, fasteners, and assembly techniques.
Experience:
Previous experience in a structured manufacturing environment (e.g., medical device assembly, heavy equipment manufacturing, or industrial conveyor systems) is highly preferred.
Team Mindset:
A proactive, reliable, and collaborative approach to work.
Physical Requirements:
