- Job Description
- We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join a leading manufacturing company assembling industrial paint sprayers.
This role involves using hand and power tools, following computer-based work instructions, and working on a team-oriented assembly line in a clean, modern production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience who are looking to grow their skills with a company that offers long-term career development.
- Responsibilities
- + Assemble industrial paint sprayers using hand and power tools.
+ Follow detailed computer-based work instructions and production orders.
+ Perform mechanical assembly, fitting, fastening, and alignment of components.
+ Work collaboratively on an assembly line with 4 to 10 team members.
+ Inspect assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Assist with labeling, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs and issues.
+ Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
+ Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Qualifications
- Required
- + Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience. + Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools. + Ability to read and follow computer-based work instructions. + Comfortable standing for an entire shift. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. + Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred
- + Mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment. + Experience working with automotive repairs, home renovation projects, or comparable hands-on mechanical work.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $21.00
