We're hiring Entry-Level Installers to help assemble office furniture and workplace systems for major companies throughout the Twin Cities. No construction experience required. If you've used hand tools, built things at home, worked in a warehouse, moved furniture, or enjoy working with your hands, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Assemble office furniture, desks, cubicles, and workstations Load and unload materials at job sites Use hand and power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and wrenches Read installation instructions and layouts Work alongside experienced team members on installation projects Keep job sites clean and organized Travel to customer locations throughout the metro area What We're Looking For At least 6 months of experience using hand or power tools Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle (some travel between project locations required) Strong attendance and work ethic Interest in a long-term career opportunity Great Backgrounds Include Assembly General Labor Warehouse Moving Companies Delivery Helpers Furniture Installation Manufacturing Construction Labor Trade School Graduates Mechanically Inclined Individuals Why Join? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
