Essential Functions/Responsibilities Follow work instructions, submit PCR for incorrect work instructions, contribute to continuous improvement Team Player that communicates effectively with peers and business partners Uses existing procedures and basic problem-solving techniques to define or resolve routine problems Complete daily powered industrial truck inspections, daily pallet jack inspections, maintain good housekeeping practices Operate manual and electric pallet jacks, forklift, WAV, Taylor Dunn, JLG, reciprocating saw, screw gun, wrapping machine both electric and manual, handheld radio, gauges, fax machine, and copy machine. Utilize various hand tools such as tape measure Complete 21 lines per hour Verify part number and quantity, then shelve returns Pick items for production Help load truck and prepare items to be shipped Compile inventory and stock data Computer research and input Requirements High School Diploma or HiSet (Formerly GED) Regular, predictable and reliable attendance Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Globally Harmonized System (GHS) labels, Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Ability to work with computers and software systems, must wear all personal protective equipment PPE Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stooping, twist, reach, reach overhead Must be able to climb, squat, kneel, push, pull, lift up to 49 pounds occasionally, and lift up to 30 lbs. constantly Must be able to attain a forklift license Work in a non-climate controlled area Valid driver's license
