Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and production documents. Your expertise in mechanical assembly, precision measurement, and use of specialized tools will ensure the highest quality standards are met. Responsibilities Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and production documents to assemble mechanical components accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial equipment to assemble parts efficiently and safely. Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and shop math to ensure precise fit and function. Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments and verify assembly accuracy against specifications. Handle manual tasks such as component fitting, soldering (if applicable), and material handling while adhering to safety protocols. Interpret machining instructions and assist with mechanical blueprint interpretation during assembly processes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following personal protective equipment (PPE) use guidelines at all times. Requirements Proven experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environments, preferably with warehouse experience. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and mechanical blueprint interpretation. Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other shop math techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and production documents essential for accurate assembly. Excellent manual handling skills with attention to detail in measuring and fitting components. Prior experience working with warehouse or manufacturing environments is advantageous.
