Job Description

Job Details:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Night Vision Systems Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The employee will perform a wide range of duties related to the assembly, testing, and quality control of night vision systems and related accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical parts, subcomponents, subsystems, and electronic components Integrate electronic sensors and image intensification tubes Follow detailed methods and sequences of operations in accordance with work instructions and blueprints Conduct submersion, purge, and functional testing Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and quality inspections Solder micro-circuit assemblies and wiring with precision Operate manufacturing tools including bench-top press and SLS printing equipment Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while assembling small parts Use measuring tools to verify component fit and finish
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent General knowledge of night vision systems and terminology Experience with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, torque wrenches, threading tools) Entry experience soldering micro-circuit assemblies and wiring Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Effective communication and teamwork skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Manual dexterity for working with small components May require lifting up to 25 lbs
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $20.82 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
