- Job Description
- The Mechanical Assembler plays a key role in assembling mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to technical specifications and quality standards. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision work, enjoy problem-solving, and want to contribute to the success of a collaborative manufacturing team.
- Responsibilities
- + Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Required Skills & Experience
- + Experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related industrial environment preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + High school diploma or GED. + Technical certification in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, maintenance, or a related field is a plus. + Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment. + Ability to learn new equipment, procedures, and assembly processes quickly. + Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Work Environment
- This position is based in a small manufacturing facility with approximately 25 employees, creating a collaborative and close-knit team atmosphere.
