Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a versatile and reliable Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This FT position is responsible for the mechanical and pneumatic assembly of machine components and full machine systems according to company standards. This is a hands-on position requiring a solid mechanical background and experience with assembly tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical and pneumatic assembly of complete systems and sub-assemblies for both sales orders and inventory. Install mechanical components such as motors, gear boxes, bearings, shafts, drive belts, blast guns, and hoses (suction and pressure). Assemble pneumatic systems, including filters, regulators, gauges, solenoids, valves, fittings, air lines, and hoses. Utilize hand and power tools including drills, drivers, grinders, calipers, levels, and dial indicators. Operate shop equipment such as band saws, drill press, shear, brake, and other fabrication tools.
Qualifications:
Assembly experience: 1 year (Required) Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required) Must be able to read and interpret assembly drawings and work instructions. Ability to use measurement tools and maintain quality standards. Must supply own basic hand tools for daily tasks. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
