Mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills Proficiency with hand tools and power tools Ability to read and interpret drawings and work instructions Strong attention to detail and craftmanship Problem-solving ability for installation challenges Reliability and teamwork Commitment to safety and quality

Requirements:

High School diploma Experience in vehicle upfitting, mechanical installation, carpentry, or assembly preferred Experience with cabinetry, fabrication, or automotive work is an asset Basic mechanical and measurement skills Ability to perform physical work for extended periods
