Responsibilities Operate machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure adherence to tolerances. Conduct routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist in the assembly of parts as needed, ensuring proper fit and function. Experience Proficiency in operating various manufacturing equipment Strong mechanical knowledge with hand tools Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks. Ability to work with hand tools and perform assembly tasks effectively. Experience with tow motors for heavy materials is a plus.
