• Job Description
• We are seeking dedicated mechanical assemblers with basic assembly experience to build ECU units.

This role involves assembling sheet metal cabinets and installing various components such as coils, compressors, motors, blowers, and fans into the ECU. The position requires following established work instructions on a wide variety of units, working cooperatively with co-workers, and demonstrating a strong commitment to quality. 1st shift

• Responsibilities
• + Assemble sheet metal cabinets and install components such as coils, compressors, motors, blowers, and fans into ECU units.

+ Read and interpret mechanical drawings and work instructions. + Use basic hand and power tools effectively. + Measure accurately using tape measures and calipers. + Install pop rivets, rivnuts, and other hardware to join sheet metal for frame construction. + Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure high-quality standards are met.

• Essential Skills
• + Experience in Manufacturing Assembly + Ability to read a tape measure and use measuring devices such as calipers + Proficiency with basic hand and power tools + Strong mechanical assembly skills
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + High school diploma, GED, or higher education + Experience with mechanical assembly work + Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals + Ability to perform basic math operations + Attention to detail and strong communication skills

• Work Environment
• Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with three paid breaks throughout the day and a voluntary overtime option on Fridays from 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.

• This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00
• $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
