Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role requires a hands-on individual who can follow technical documentation, perform precision assembly, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble LiquidStack cooling products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, bills of materials (BOMs), and quality standards. Perform mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-related assembly activities to support production requirements. Install and connect components including piping, tubing, wiring, control panels, and other system assemblies. Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment safely and effectively. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure products meet quality, performance, and customer requirements. Identify and communicate production issues, quality concerns, or process improvements to leadership. Follow all safety procedures, ergonomic guidelines, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain a clean, organized workstation by following 5S and lean manufacturing principles. Meet production schedules while maintaining attention to detail and product quality. Participate in training programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and team development activities. Support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
