•$18/hour Key Responsibilities Operate various manufacturing equipment, including compression presses, laser machines, bonding stations, and tub assembly stations. Must be able to work safely and comfortably with fiberglass materials. Follow written and verbal instructions to maintain steady production flow and ensure products meet established quality standards. Perform quality inspections during and after production, document findings, and communicate defects or deviations to the appropriate team. Complete all required production and quality paperwork accurately and on time. Cross-train across multiple work centers to ensure flexibility in operations. Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and support

standards to maintain customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing experience, including quality inspection, is preferred. Familiarity with metric measurements and basic production data interpretation. Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, lift, push, and pull; capable of lifting 10-25 lbs. regularly. Comfortable working in some areas with higher temperatures.
