Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly and fabrication of various components and products according to specifications, drawings, or work instructions
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Inspect assembled parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or workmanship
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and housekeeping guidelines
  • Follow established procedures for material handling, storage, and inventory
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues during the assembly/fabrication process
  • Complete required documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Participate in training sessions to learn new techniques and processes as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in assembly or fabrication is an asset, but not required
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
