- Identify and report any defects or discrepancies in materials or workmanship
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and housekeeping guidelines
- Follow established procedures for material handling, storage, and inventory
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to meet production goals
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues during the assembly/fabrication process
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in training sessions to learn new techniques and processes as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly or fabrication is an asset, but not required
- Ability to use basic hand tools and follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing production needs
