Shift Options Available Pay:

Whether you're looking to start your career in manufacturing or bring previous production and leadership experience, we have opportunities available for Assembly Technicians, Machine Operators, and Machine Operator Leads. Available Positions & Pay Rates Assembly Technician:
$17.00 - $18.00/hour
Machine Operator:
$18.00/hour
Machine Operator Lead:
$20.00/hour Flexible 1st Shift Schedule Options We offer a variety of day-shift schedules to fit your needs: Ranging from 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday (Optional Fridays) Candidates seeking 30-40+ hours per week are encouraged to apply What You'll Do Depending on the position, responsibilities may include: Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery Operate cutting machines, braiding machines, and ultrasonic welding equipment Read work instructions, blueprints, and production specifications Measure materials and utilize tape measurements accurately Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot production and equipment issues Support workflow, production goals, and continuous improvement initiatives Train and assist team members (Lead positions) Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications Required Manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience preferred (entry-level candidates considered for Assembly Technician roles) Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet throughout the shift Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Experience operating manufacturing equipment Previous assembly experience Leadership or supervisory experience for Lead positions High School Diploma or GED What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset Commitment to safety and quality Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual employees Individuals seeking long-term career growth opportunities Benefits 401(k) with company match Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Flexible scheduling options Career advancement opportunities Stable, first-shift work environment Apply Today Whether you're an experienced manufacturing professional, an equipment operator, or someone looking to build new skills in a hands-on production environment, we'd love to hear from you.
