Join a family owned and operated business, as part of a growing team with more demand than we can currently handle. Blue Ruff Pet Lodge opened late in 2025 and is a full-service boarding & grooming facility just north of Amery, WI. We are already experiencing grooming demand well beyond our current capacity. We're looking for an experienced, compassionate pet groomer to help us expand our grooming services. Why You'll Love Working Here Established and growing client base - Walk into a busy schedule with referrals from our boarding customers. Commission-based employee position - Earn a percentage of every groom without the responsibilities of running your own business. Flexible scheduling with opportunities for full-time or part-time hours. Modern, fully equipped grooming salon , including: Professional grooming tub Electric lift grooming table K9 II high-velocity dryer Utilities, facility maintenance, and marketing are provided. Supportive, pet-focused team environment. Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding business. What We're Looking For Previous professional pet grooming experience. Excellent pet handling and customer service skills. Ability to groom a variety of breeds according to client requests and breed standards. Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for animal care. What You'll Need Your own grooming tools and personal equipment. Ability to work independently while collaborating with our boarding team. Convenient Location Located at the Highway 8 & Highway 46 roundabout: 5 miles north of Amery 10 miles east of St. Croix Falls 10 miles west of Turtle Lake 8 miles southeast of Balsam Lake Easy highway access with excellent visibility and growing traffic.
