In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex mechanical components according to detailed technical drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with various measurement tools, and the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints accurately. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to precision manufacturing processes that support diverse industries worldwide. Responsibilities Assemble shredders/fans (90%+). Assemble diverters (5%). Read blueprints and work with bill of materials on drawings or job paperwork. Work with 10-75 HP motors. Work with 2-4" diameter shafts. Create hand drill & tap holes as needed (will use reamer bit). Use hand grinders and surface grinders (for shaft keys). Assemble sheaves & belts. Assemble bearings, bushings & B-Loc devices. Utilize working knowledge of Bimba style air cylinders with rotary actuators. Perform special project work as assigned.
