Mechanical Assembler Green Bay, WI | 1st Shift | $18 - $22/hr | Contract - Hire About the Role As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a key role in building and assembling high-quality metal enclosures and products for a variety of customer projects. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and craftsmanship are essential to producing reliable, finished products. You'll work alongside a team of welders, fabricators, and supervisors in a fast-paced environment, helping ensure projects are completed accurately and on time while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery to assemble metal parts Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company and customer standards Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and project deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety procedures Troubleshoot issues during the assembly process Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Participate in training to improve skills in metal fabrication Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in mechanical assembly, construction, or a related field Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools Ability to work independently and within a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Preferred Qualifications Vocational training or certification in metal fabrication or a related field Previous experience in a metal fabrication environment
