Machine Builder & Precision Assembler - 1st Shift Salary up to $40.00 per hour with overtime |
Location:
Pewaukee, WI | Onsite Work | 1st Shift
COMPENSATION
Up to $40.00/hour base rate (based on experience) + overtime pay + benefits.
WORK SCHEDULE
1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, Onsite.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Leading custom automation company in Pewaukee area, modern facility with 3D modeling workstations, collaborative team culture.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Mechanical machine building experience, mechanical blueprint literacy, fluid power knowledge, precision tools proficiency.

REQUIREMENTS
US Citizen or Green Card holder, live within 45-minute radius of Pewaukee, WI. This role involves building custom automation assets, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Daily Responsibilities Build custom machinery from the ground up. Read and interpret technical drawings. Use 3D modeling for verification and inspection. Install fluid power systems. Finesse precision mechanical components. Collaborate with engineers on troubleshooting. Prepare machines for shipment. Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of machine building experience or 2+ years with toolmaking background. Experience building complex custom systems. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Proficiency in precision tools and equipment. Team player with strong communication skills. Location near Pewaukee, WI and legal authorization to work in the US. Bonus Skills Formal toolmaking apprenticeship or certification. Basic electrical and sensor alignment skills. Experience with robotics and vision systems.
