$27.00 - $30.00/hr, depending on experience Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Conformal Coating Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying conformal coatings to printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies to protect them from moisture, dust, chemicals, and environmental conditions. The ideal candidate has experience with precision spray applications, follows detailed work instructions, and is committed to producing high-quality results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies for conformal coating.
• Apply conformal coating using HVLP spray equipment, brushes, dip coating, or selective coating systems.
• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain coating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret manufacturing work instructions, assembly drawings, specifications, and coating mix ratio guidelines.
• Inspect coated assemblies to verify proper coverage, thickness, and overall quality.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Follow ESD, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Report equipment issues, material concerns, or quality discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
• Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
• Must be eligible to work in the US under ITAR
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in precision spray applications involving paints, coatings, or similar chemical materials with consistently high-quality results.
• Experience using HVLP spray systems for conformal coating or comparable applications.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and coating specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed Desired Qualifications
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly.
• Knowledge of conformal coating materials and application techniques.
• Familiarity with IPC standards, including IPC-A-610 and

IPC-CC-830.

• Experience with selective coating equipment is a plus.

Physical Demands:
