Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking for Honing Operators on 2 nd Shift in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Shift:
Monday-Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00
PM Pay:
$20.72/hour ($18.50/hour plus 12% shift differential)
Position Overview:
This position involves honing and assembling medical and surgical device components using both manual labor and various machines. The ideal candidate should be comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods, able to follow written instructions accurately, and complete required documentation with attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Set up and adjust equipment according to specifications Read and complete router steps and identification labels Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment Support department quality and workmanship goals Perform basic repetitive manual tasks (no heavy lifting required) File and smooth small metal tubes to remove rough edges
Qualifications:
