This position works inside our controlled lamination cleanroom and focuses on the careful preparation, assembly, inspection, and handling of laminated glass products. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, precise, patient, and takes pride in producing clean, high-quality work. This is a hands-on production position that requires attention to detail, good hand coordination, and the ability to follow detailed procedures. Key Responsibilities Carefully prepare and assemble materials used in the glass lamination process. Work inside a clean and controlled cleanroom environment while following strict cleanliness procedures. Handle glass and lamination materials carefully to prevent scratches, contamination, or defects. Perform detailed visual inspections of materials and finished products. Ensure products meet established quality and appearance standards. Follow detailed work instructions, production specifications, and quality procedures. Perform repetitive assembly and preparation tasks while maintaining accuracy. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of contaminants. Properly wear and maintain all required PPE and cleanroom attire. Maintain a consistent pace while meeting daily production requirements. Communicate quality concerns or production issues to the supervisor. Work closely with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient production process. Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Experience in cleanroom, assembly, packaging, quality inspection, or other detail-oriented work is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform precise work. Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures. Organized, dependable, and committed to maintaining a clean work environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Work Environment Clean, organized, and controlled production environment. Temperature-controlled cleanroom area. Team-oriented workplace with an emphasis on quality, cleanliness, and safety. Detailed and structured work procedures. Training provided for all company-specific processes and equipment.
