Job Description
Draw Operator

- Under close supervision, sets up and operates various types of belt draw towers; simultaneously operates multiple draw towers.
- Performs visual and mechanical inspections to ensure that the product being produced conforms to process specifications; refers questionable product to more experienced operators.
- Performs routine machine/equipment maintenance and inspection.
- Maintains housekeeping practices per departmental 5S program.
- Able to meet utilization targets and standard times.
- Accurately enters Database/SAP transactions in the computer.
- Maintains daily records, including labor sheets and routers.
- Responsible for observing and following all Environmental, Health and Safety rules and procedures. Your Profile
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
- Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
- Due to the nature of work performed at this facility, US Person status may be required.
Hourly Pay Ranges:
Level C ($20.00- 22.50); Level B ($23.00
