ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our client in Southbridge, Massachusetts, for a full-time contract assignment through the end of the 20262027 school year! What Youll Do In this role, youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students while collaborating with educators and school-based professionals.

Responsibilities include:

Providing consultative and evaluative behavioral services to support diagnostic needs Conducting

• behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) Analyzing assessment results and providing behavior-analytic interpretations Developing and supporting individualized behavioral interventions and recommendations Consulting with teachers, staff, and other members of the educational team Supporting the behavioral, academic, and social-emotional needs of elementary-aged students Monitoring student progress and helping teams implement effective, evidence-based behavioral strategies Why Consider This Opportunity?
