About the Role As a CNC Laser Fabrication Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving production efficiency by managing high-precision laser cutting equipment. Responsibilities Configure and operate CNC laser cutting systems to meet production schedules and quality benchmarks. Execute daily machine calibrations and system diagnostics to ensure peak operational performance. Utilize dynamic nesting software to maximize material yield and generate accurate shop documentation. Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise part fabrication. Perform advanced inspections using precision gauges and measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy. Maintain detailed production records and report labor data to support operational transparency. Troubleshoot equipment issues proactively to minimize downtime and maintain consistent workflow. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC laser machinery. Demonstrated proficiency in blueprint reading and the use of tape measures. Strong background in machine setups for production runs and CNC tooling.
