INTEGRITY TRADE SERVICES IS HIRING FOR A LASER OPERATOR IN BYRON CENTER, MI

Job title:

Laser Operator Shift:

1st 6:30am-3:00pm

Pay:

$24-$28/hr based on experience

Essential Functions:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow standardized work procedures. Ability to produce quality parts that meet company/customer specifications Record daily production and scrap in ERP system. Ability to read and comprehend detailed work instructions, blueprints, and/or drawings. Ability to follow daily schedules and meet production goals. Follow industry and company policies, procedures and safety standards at all times. Effectively communicates any issues affecting production to the team lead or supervisor Perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs. Activities include lifting, stooping, twisting and bending on a regular basis. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned Perform adjustments on laser as needed. Perform required preventative maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills:

High School Diploma or GED required At least 1-3 years of LASER operating experience preferred Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Good eyesight, including depth perception and color differentiation Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Basic computer skills, including ERP systems like Plex Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed Positive attitude, energy, reliable attendance, and teamwork mindset How to
