ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Position full A-frame.

Align fabric edge to machine using machine sensors and controls, work with recording data into the computer, multiple system usage in the ICE stations

Start machine and give attention to fabric running; inspect fabric for defects, according to SOP/Work instructions. Stop Machine

Change rolls, perform style changes, clock in, and out work orders. Cut sample for lab.

Conform to future changes coming with flatbed.

Ensure that daily production goals

Receive verbal instructions, get work tools, store them as well as get supplies

Maintain good housekeeping in work area Pay attention to detail

Effectively execute tasks Communicate effectively

Lean manufacturing experience is strongly desired

ABILITY TO

Ability to accurately and consistently follow detailed procedures.

Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast- paced environment.

Ability to perform physically demanding work such as moving and lifting equipment, sitting, or standing for long periods of time.

Ability to grasp concepts presented within a reasonable time.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
