In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, forming, and assembling raw materials and purchased parts into precise, high-quality components used in our band heaters, cartridge heaters, and temperature sensors. Quality Management System. This position offers a stable Monday-Friday day shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, no rotating shifts) in a clean, climate-controlled facility, with a skills-based Competency Pay and Progression Model ranging from $16.50 (Entry-Level) to $30.00 (Level V) per hour. Responsibilities Cut and form raw material and purchased parts to be incorporated into assembled products, conforming to specifications supplied by Engineering. Prepare sub-assemblies and assemblies prior to final forming of products. Perform final forming and finishing of products. Precisely follow the currently approved processes for the product and cell involved. Use measuring instruments such as calipers, steel rulers, and gauges to verify dimensions and perform basic math calculations. Operate process equipment including light welding (soldering), core cutters, air and manual shears, band saw, drill presses, grinders, crimping devices, and hand tools. Record production data on correct forms. Keep assigned work areas clean and orderly. Move to different positions when someone is out or to keep flow of product through the line and eliminate bottlenecks. Continually improve processes for increased production efficiency through use of the Thermal Quality System. Maintain compliance with

requirements per the Thermal Corporation Quality Management System. Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Mechanical aptitude (WorkKeys score). Ability to read CAD drawings is helpful for accurate fabrication. Proficiency in basic math calculations and measurements using calipers, steel rulers, gauges, and other precision tools. Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment is preferred but not required — we train motivated candidates. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for an 8-hour shift; stoop, kneel, and crouch; and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Ability to work overtime, if needed.

Pay:

$16.50 - $30.00 per hour
