00 per hour depending on previous experience + 10% premium added to base hourly rate for all hours worked on 2nd shift.

OVERVIEW

As a Deburr Tech at Orchid, you'll work with your hands and microscopes to perfect orthopedic parts used in life-changing medical devices. What You'll Do Use a microscope and small knives/hand tools to remove burrs (rough edges, curls, or ridges caused by machining) from small parts like screws. Use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, comparators) to check for dimensional accuracy. Follow all safety and work procedures carefully. Keep your work area clean and organized. Manufacturing Experience (Preferred) Microscope and/or Small Part Experience (Preferred) No previous work experience required
