We will train individuals with no heat treating experience. The following tasks/actions are required in the position: Know and recognize customer's parts Follow procedures to complete assigned duties Report major manufacturing problems to Shift Lead or Supervisor Help keep manufacturing area clean and organized Performs other duties as required Ability to read, listen, and follow all work instructions Ability to work overtime Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must to be able to perform repetitive movements with arms and hands Must be reliable and ready to perform job function at beginning of shift Must have reliable transportation Excellent growth opportunity for hard working, reliable individuals !
